Triad MLS has a comprehensive benefits package for its participants to take advantage of. Here are some of the tools they offer as part of the package:
Matrix: This is the triad MLS platform. This HTML application can be accessed from any computer and device with Internet access.
Triadmls.com: Triad MLS public website offers consumers a wide variety of listings, open houses, agent searches, and more.
ShowingTime: Triad MLS members have 24/7 access to this showing appointment center, available on the Matrix dashboard. To use it, agents must use the Realtor Tools widget and the ShowingTime link to set up their user profile, watch training videos, and find instructions to download the ShowingTime App effectively.
GoMLS: Triad MLS’ Mobile app is available for download from either the Apple iTunes Store or the Google Play Store! This app is available to all Triad MLS participants and subscribers.
Cloud CMA: Third-party product Triad MLS provides their members. Real Estate Agents can use this product to create property information packets, and they have several flyer templates to work with. Cloud CMA has a full-color listing presentation that can be printed or emailed for report purposes. There is also a live presentation option.
Matrix 360 Public Record Search: This tool allows members to perform Public Records searches within Matrix to identify property owners in the counties under the MLS coverage area.
Realist: Realist is a public-records database with real estate and property information, market data, street and aerial maps (including interactive mapping capabilities), and market trends.
Additional Third-Party Products: Data Co-Op, ePropertyWatch, Homes.com Connect, HomeVisits, ListTrac, RatePlug, RealSafeAgent, RE Technology, RPR, Savvycard, ZipForms.
Does triad mls provide any training for the tools mentioned above?
For Matrix, all members of Triad MLS have access to technical support via email writing to helpdesk@trialmls.com. In addition, once logged into their Matrix account, Trial MLS members can access over 30 training videos and user guides by using the option “Help” on the top right side of the menu bar. Instructional videos and training are available for all the tools available for agents’ use. Hands-on in-person training along with remote Zoom sessions are also available upon request from the lead brokers from the participant brokerages.
How does a new member go about being added to the triad mls?
To become a member of triad mls, agents must hold a current, valid real estate broker’s license and fill an application through their REALTOR® Association. The application must contain a signed statement agreeing to abide by trial mls bylaws.
What kind of local real estate trends, statistics, and information does triad mls provide to individual agents?
Triad MLS offers its participants several statistical reports for the entire MLS market under InfoSparks. InfoSparks is available on the Matrix Dashboard by clicking on the appropriate widget. Members enjoy search customization and additional stats from other tools such as Matrix and ShowingTime and updated market reports.

What are the requirements for membership in the MLS and IDX?
Only the active members of the participant REALTORS® Associations that run Triad MLS gain access to use the IDX service. To use IDX services, agents need to get an IDX license agreement, including broker signature and their board permission.
Do triad mls offer continuing education (CE) classes?
Although the MLS does not provide free CE classes directly, all of the prominent real estate organizations that participate in the MLS offer online training to its members.
