TAR is the largest trade association in Southern Arizona, representing the over 5,600 real estate professionals. MLSSAZ facilitated over $2.6 billion in real estate transactions last year. Tucson has a popularly hot climate, with 350 warm days of the year. Residents of Tucson typically experience two seasons throughout the year: hot summers and mild winters. The average high temperature can rise to 100°F, and the low temperatures only reach around 39°F. The notoriously dry climate allows for an average of just 12 inches of rainfall per year and no snowfall.
