Knoxville Area Association of Realtors was founded in 1912 and is located in Knoxville, Tennessee. This organization aim to unite and provide services to its members to improve their skills and ability to successfully conduct business ethically and professionally while preserving and promoting the right to own and transfer real estate property.
Today, the company has continued to grow with 4,500 members and about 4,000 active listings across the state of Tennessee. KAAR began it’s MLS to allow agents and brokers to share information and follows the MLS rules established by the Board of Directors of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR).
