MLSPIN members have access to data services such as IDX, marketing solutions, brokerage access, floor plan and virtual tour providers. Additionally Pinergy MLS system, Cloud CMA, Homesnap Pro, Remine, Supra, EAS workflow system and listing syndication with other sites.
Does MLSPIN provide any training for the tools mentioned above?
MLS PIN offers convenient in-person and online classes plus training through their member database. On-demand courses and videos for members to complete training at their own pace as well as training for Pinergy, Cloud CMA, and Remine.
In order to schedule a class you must be a member, but the training videos are available to the public on the MLSPIN website.
How does a new member go about being added to the MLS?
New members can complete the online membership application to join.
Please note that interested agents should hold an active license and their employing broker should be an MLSPIN subscriber.
